System Change instead of Climate Change

Schweikart Venstersysteme offers the system solution V-Isolux in a choice of four variations to the window manufacturer. The window can be manufactured to the chosen degree of insulation from the various thickness available.

The application of the highly insulated outer layer on V-Isolux greatly improves the thermal properties of wood/alu window compared with the conventional aluminium clad window. V-Isolux is suitable for attachment to all wood/alu designs, manufacturing and assembly systems. Including finger jointed, mortise and tenon joints and counter-profiling. The thermal layer is protected from the elements by an aluminium foil. This foil is available in various RAL colours as well as copper, brass or stainless steel. This thermal layer is delivered in bar length and is suitable for all wood systems.

 A high-insulation laminated profile for improved thermal insulation on wood/alu windows compared with the conventional wood profiles. The laminated profiles for sash and frame are delivered bar lengths for further processing with an aluminium cladding profile for weather protection.

 These thermal outer skin profiles (as described in position 1 ) and thermal laminated profiles (as described in position 2) can be supplied for through-working production, contract sourced or “just in time” basis. For single window assembly, the sash and frame profiles are delivered in bar length for further processing prior to assembly. These profiles would achieve the best possible thermal insulation. These high quality wooden window profiles with thermal insulation are protected from the elements by an aluminium foil. This foil is available in various RAL colours as well as copper, brass or stainless steel.

 Contracts requiring “just in time” delivery. The kit consists of precut and pre-machined window profiles (as position 3) along with all the necessary assembly clips and jointing parts. They are packed individually for each relevant window system. Profiles are mitre cut to exact length, with dovetail slots routered for later assembly with Hoffmann Keys and additionally dowels. (Dowels offer increased stability to the corner joint.) To manufacture the frame requires only the assembly of the corner joints. The competent window manufacturer will have problem free self assembly of the windows without any heavy investment.

 Because of these levels of careful preparation, there is little investment in machinery needed. Spray booths and major tooling costs are eliminated. The delivered profiles can immediately assembled into finished windows. There is also no need for frame presses, as mitred corners are pulled firmly together with Hoffmann Keys. All window profiles (on the wood surface) are veneered with top quality real wood veneers to enhance the interior architectural design. Almost all wood species are possible, along with a scratch resistant and maintenance free PUR spray finish.
